Quinta dos Santos

Set among Algarve vineyards near the Atlantic, Quinta dos Santos is a one-of-a-kind estate where a winery, craft brewery, and modern Portuguese restaurant exist as one immersive experience.

Built from scratch as a passion project, it breaks convention by blending wine, beer, food, and design into a single evolving concept. A bold reimagining of tradition…Creative, vibrant, and unlike anything else in the region.

Insider Tip: Don't rush straight to the table. The best way to experience Quinta dos Santos is to arrive early for a glass of wine on the terrace and explore the estate before dinner.

Marina com Noélia

Located at Real Marina Hotel & Spa with a privileged view over the Ria Formosa, Marina com Noélia combines the richness of Portuguese traditional cuisine with the creative signature of Chef Noélia Jerónimo: one of the most respected figures in Portuguese gastronomy, recognised for her media presence in programmes such as MasterChef Portugal and distinctions including the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand.

Inspired by the sea and the estuary, the restaurant offers an authentic dining experience guided by seasonality and the freshest ingredients sourced daily from the Olhão market.

Pepper’s Steakhouse

Pepper’s Steakhouse creations make for the ideal romantic night or momentous celebration. Enjoy a refined dining experience in an elegant setting overlooking the Vilamoura Marina, where prime cuts from around the world are paired with the finest locally sourced ingredients.
