
Terroir
It was born as a counter where signature cocktails were combined with fun snacks to eat with you hands, and it has grown next door, into a more formal kitchen, but it’s no less given to creativity. In fact, chef Tiago Rosa — who worked at Ocean and Vila Joya — has to be creative in order to keep the five and eight-course tasting menus at a price well below the average in this segment: €45 and €59, respectively.
