When Canadian pop-up chef Elliot Jones teamed up with Berlin DJ Sebastian, Bar Boca became a thing. Located in Alfama, it offers an ever-changing selection of vegan tapas and pintxos to be paired with a vast assortment of natural wines. Even more interesting is that Elliot himself does not identify as fully vegetarian, and adds to the growing trend of chefs accepting the challenge of creating delicious and sustainable vegetarian cuisine.
