From a supperclub with a several months long waitlist, to their first restaurant in Marquês de Pombal that had queues out the door for weeks, the dynamic ramen duo of António Carvalho and João Azevedo Ferreira is back with Ajitama's second outpost. Now open at the prominent street of Rua do Alecrim in Chiado, Ajitama Chiado has all the classics, notably their Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen which takes 18 hours of preparation. Almost as popular as the food is the vibe, and the new space is aesthetically beautiful with an incredible ceiling feature that is becoming a pseudo-signature of the brand's locations.
