Saratoga


Saratoga is Tarek Mabsout and Jeni Duke's new solo project. Influenced by Japanese grill mastery and umami flavor bombs, it's a steakhouse with izakaya vibes. The menu features premium meat cuts like entrecôte, wagyu filet, and a very special Porco Preto, raised exclusively for them by their farmer in Alentejo. Unlike a traditional steakhouse, the meat will be served on sticks that have been grilled over Binchō-tan on the Emperor of all grills, the Konro. 

Insider tip: The star of the house is the ribeye fillet bathed in a Japanese Black garlic tare and grilled to perfection, served like a lollipop!
