At 44 Rua da Esperança, the menu changes according to the seasons and the creativity of the chef. Maluca, by Stephanie Graisier and Yann Rotundo, replaced BBB Taste – which they own as well – and is now a relaxed space where experimentation, seasonality and sharing are the words to live by, with cuisine from all over the world. "Sometimes I find a product I like and start experimenting," says Yann. They've already served Swiss Rösti, vegetarian tartare recipes and spicy dishes.

Fun fact. They are fascinated by fermentation, visible in homemade pickles, vinegars and a splendid ginger beer.
