Gancho


Gancho is Lisbon's newest neo-tasca! With Louise Bourrat (founder of Boubou's) and Marco Cossu at the helm, the restaurant is a combination of Italian, French, and Portuguese cuisines with a twist. Located in Alfama, it opened a few days ago and promises to bring everyone a taste of fusion gastronomy in a laid-back and fun setting.

Insider tip: We recommend the cabidela arancini and the Bacalhau à Brás, a recipe from Bourrat's grandmother.
