Corrupio

There’s no other like it in Lisbon. Designed by the Pedrita studio, it’s covered in Portuguese azulejos with drawings and scribbles, some of which refer to popular Portuguese culture motifs, others depicting art and even to the restaurant’s dishes. It’s a lovely way to echo this restaurant's unparalleled and skilled demeanour: grounded in Portuguese roots with a touch of modernity. Try a handful of originals, like the Pastéis de Massa Tenra (deep-fried pastry with cod filling, cream and bacon), the Fried Cuttlefish (Setúbal style), the Piri-Piri Chicken (House style), and the Lamb Rice with Cured Sausage and Orange. There’s a good wine selection to choose from.

Insider tip. Throughout the afternoon, they serve an incredible Odete Sandwich, with cured ham and Serra sheep’s cheese.
