Copo Largo

Lisbon is going through a fantastic phase with Portuguese restaurants offering modern cuisine. Copo Largo is perhaps the greatest expression of the concept, worked on by the duo Miguel Rodrigues and Filipe Ramalho, in a place with minimalist, Portuguese lines, where you go to eat well and be served with sympathy. The menu is displayed on a slate and is constantly rotating, but some dishes have already become a must, such as carne de alguidar with chips, fried moray eel, and iscas do mar.

Insider tip. The perfect treat: the fish rissole (filled with sea bass, it is steamed and served with ginger tea and coriander oil).
