Chef Leonor Godinho, aka Bibs, has done it again: she opened another joint, this time dedicated to sandwiches, with a focus on pastrami. The new venue, Bibs, is set in the old Apollo XI pastry and coffee shop, in Santos. The chef has been involved in exciting projects such as Vago and, most recently, Vida de Tasca. Bibs fits 20 people, and it's perfect for sandwich lovers, especially those who fancy a pastrami sando paired with a glass of natural wine.
