Inspiramo-nos na nossa cozinha, fazendo tributo aos bons ingredientes, ao sabor a sério e ao espírito de partilha. O menu começa com croquetes caseiros, salada de batata-doce e o tradicional escabeche de coelho para abrir o apetite. Segue-se a escolha entre dois clássicos: polvo do Algarve ou costela com arroz de forno de enchidos. Para terminar, o nosso brownie guloso ou o intemporal pudim Abade de Priscos.

At Refeitório, we believe food has the power to bring people together, to tell stories, and to create memories. We draw inspiration from our own culinary roots, paying tribute to the best local ingredients. The menu begins with homemade croquettes, sweet-potato salad and traditional rabbit escabeche to spark the appetite. Then choose between two classics: Algarve octopus or Slow-cooked beef rib with smoked meats oven-baked rice. To finish, go for our indulgent brownie or the timeless Abade de Priscos pudding.
