Formerly at Taberna Sal Grosso and Musa, Pedro brings creativity to the table with dishes like octopus pastel and veal tartare with anchovy mayonnaise. His vibe is boisterous, and Tasca Baldracca is noisy, lively and fun with no guilt attached.
