Marin Colomés is currently a chef at Vago, a restaurant and bar in Cais do Sodré that focuses on delivering a cool and laid-back atmosphere to its guests. As one would imagine, the French professional is passionate about food, but also hot sauce: that's probably why he created Sapiq Sauce, a brand especializing in spicy sauce and other condiments. Marin also has a kebab gig along with David Liptay: the duo crafts delicious kebabs and is present at pop-up events in restaurants across Lisbon.
