In the heart of Príncipe Real, she works wonders in the restaurant owned by her brother and sister-in-law, Alexis and Agnes Bourrat, since the summer of 2018. Louise Bourrat is just 26 years old and all eyes are on her and the experimental cuisine she does, that plays with textures, flavours, and unlikely ingredients.
