Goose is a dream come true for Portuguese actor Francisco Froes, who also has more than a decade of experience working in restaurants abroad. The new restaurant is located in Lapa, where he lives, and is intended to be a meeting point for neighbors. The kitchen, run by chef Paula Grings, is focused on bringing forth delicious sharing plates and tapas – like roast beef sandwich, truffled fries, and lobster roll – and at the bar, mixologists craft classics and original cocktails. Goose is already the talk of Lapa.
