Toca da Raposa is a house, a hiding place, a shelter, and a spot offering comfort where animals gather at. The bar offers this, but also some of the most innovative cocktails. Founded by Constança Cordeiro, you can experience a collection of cocktails made with seasonal ingredients picked and transformed by her team into spirit drinks with very Portuguese flavors, such as fennel, eucalyptus, and wildflowers.
Everything goes through manual experimentation, from picking the fruits, to infusions and fermentations, to the perfection of the final gesture in the preparation of drinks. The graphic image of the space accompanies the gesture and appears with an informal and personalized line in collages made with parts of Toca da Raposa.
