18.68 is a hotel bar, but the entrance spills out onto the street. Tiago Santos, bartender, took inspiration from the name to create a menu featuring 18 cocktails and 68 spirit references, divided into three categories: Maçaricos, to start; Sotas, drinks to pair with food; and Rescaldo, drinks to finish the night.
